These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of OfficeBox services provided by BIZSENSE Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of the service, including but not limited to users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

Description of Service

OfficeBox is a cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software solution that provides business management tools including:

• Project management tools
• Reporting and analytics
• Integration capabilities

User Accounts

Account Creation

To use OfficeBox services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that may harm our services or other users.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use OfficeBox services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

While we perform regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data. We recommend regular data exports.

Payment Terms

Subscription Fees

OfficeBox is provided on a subscription basis. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms.

Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods as indicated during checkout. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the applicable fees.

Late Payment

If payment is not received by the due date, we may suspend your access to the service until payment is received. Continued non-payment may result in account termination.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability.

We are not liable for any downtime, service interruptions, or data loss that may occur.

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

OfficeBox software, including all intellectual property rights, remains the property of BIZSENSE Solutions Pvt. Ltd. You are granted a limited license to use the service.

Your Rights

You retain all rights to your data and content. By using our service, you grant us a license to host, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BIZSENSE Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of OfficeBox.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Disclaimers

OfficeBox is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BIZSENSE Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and your data may be deleted after a reasonable period.

Termination by Us

We may terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
